When I was planning our trip to Ireland, I planned to stay a few days in Cork, but I was unable to find a place to stay. I was disappointed at first, but I found a really wonderful inn in Blarney. It was very easy to grab a quick taxi to Cork and we spent a lovely evening there walking around, people watching, eating, and checking out the pubs! I could not look away from the reflections in the River Lee as the sun went down. We also stopped back in Cork on our way to our next stop to see Blackrock Castle.
